Managing Director, Chris Ashenden purchased his first investment property back in 2010 and has had an interest in property ever since.

After selling his software and tech business he then went on to invest thousands in educating himself in focused areas of property and building a support team of highly experienced individuals. This team of Legal, Development and Financial experts, spans 1000’s of broad and diverse property transactions and acquisitions.

Director, Caroline Watson has managed commercial properties since 1997, in both the public and private sectors. She has many years knowledge of commercial property management and the procedures and policies surrounding this, alongside the training and development she has received in safeguarding, mental health and the care of young and vulnerable people. ​
